What is this site? - Sonic Octave is the online music store where you can find music for all of your projects. Set up by Emmett Cooke, Sonic Octave provides a fast and cheap solution to buyers needs, when looking for music for a diverse range of projects. On Sonic Octave, you'll find music in a wide range of genres, which will suit a massive range of projects and situation. Why not take a look at some examples of where music has been used to get an idea of the range of possibilities the music can be used for. Aswell as providing Royalty Free Music, Emmett also provides numerous other services such as Orchestration, Sound Effects, Audio Logos and Film and Video Game Scores
Why one license for all track usages? - There is one license for all tracks, regardless of the usage, to make it easier for clients who don't want the hassle of having to find the correct license or pay too much for it. Also, there is only a portion of Emmett's music available for a "blanket" license - Emmett also has other high end tracks and sound effects which can not be bought under the general license, but must be purchased by contacting Emmett directly.

The music found on this website is the sole creation of Emmett Cooke and remains so no matter what license or usage is applied to Emmett's files. You may use the tracks on here for any project, large or small and do not need to pay backend performance royalties for its usage.
You may use the tracks found on this website for a small online podcast, or for a worldwide radio broadcast - the track price is the same regardless. You may use a track for a small local theatre project or you may use it for a Broadway musical - the choice is up to you!
You can use the tracks found here for a video game or corporate presentation and still only have to pay the same licensing fee - remember you don't need to report the usage, so you don't have to fork out money in backend performance royalties further down the road.
